Cancellation Policy

 

Please note that any order modifications or cancellations must occur within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order might already be in processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

We provide a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse. If you return a non-approved item or one outside the 30-day window without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, email us within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Include your order number and shipping name in your return package to ensure timely processing. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). After confirming that the items are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for the refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund after we've confirmed processing, please contact your financial institution.

We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to normal use or misuse.

All refunds are processed in the original purchase currency (USD). Customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.

We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products responsibly. Please follow all usage instructions and safety precautions provided with your product and available on our website. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible. Any resulting refunds or replacements will be at our discretion. If you experience discomfort while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us through our contact page. We will assist you with any concerns or questions.

 

Damaged Items

 

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost to you. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are beyond our control, including delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors during shipping. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
